This is your corporate Twitter handle without PR [prior to January 10].

This is your corporate Twitter handle with PR [January 10 and beyond].

Just wanted to show you a visual of a particular client of ours’ Twitter activity. Once they let PR drive the tool, the number of followers increased. And this was with just an average of 5 tweets per day.

This just shows if you remain engaged, with around 5 tweets per day, your Twitter traffic will grow!

A fear of getting left behind has finally paid off for Jenn. Whether it’s fashion, the newest iphone app, social media platforms, Hollywood gossip, or the latest in the CRO/biopharmaceutical industry, Jenn has one finger (sometimes a whole hand) on the pulse of what’s happening.

In keeping up with the “social media Joneses”, Jenn strives to breathe new life into the land of technology for every client. From creative strategy and planning, down to metrics and reporting, she works to make sure all public relations efforts are working towards the client’s goals.

She makes it a point each day to scan the social media landscape for each client, seeing what’s being said about the company, the industry, its competitors, and provides both council and fodder for the right response, or original content to keep the conversation going. Jenn’s strengths include social media monitoring, designing infographics, Twitter contests and campaigns, blog post content, social media strategy and competitive analysis.

Jenn is also Crossroads PR’s social media lead, providing the same strategy and execution for the agency as she does for her clients. She built and manages the tumblr blog for Crossroads PR, and manages the agency’s social media platforms. She also edits video content, makes updates to the corporate website using Joomla, and leverages her graphic design skills in creating print and online corporate marketing pieces and campaigns.

With over 9 years of experience in public relations, social media, content writing, technology marketing, and advertising, Jenn came to Crossroads PR after serving 4 years in Boston as marketing manager for Anacomp, a business process solutions company where she supported campaigns for document management, business process management and litigation support services. In addition, Jennifer began her career in television production with The History Channel's This Week in History. She has also done freelance technical writing for companies including The Analysis Group, Mason Development, Northeast Home Buyers Group, Diamondhead Construction and SchoolDude. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elon University and studied Graphic Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

A native New Yorker, by way of Boston, Jenn’s perfect day involves walking around the city with a Starbucks in hand, popping into fashion boutiques, stationary stores, and browsing for home décor inspiration. She now calls Raleigh home and enjoys traveling to the beaches of the Outer Banks with her husband and Bullmastiff, Stella.
